Non RV trip to Atlanta................

I hate not taking the RV on trips, but this trip was different as we met our daughter and grandbaby in Atlanta.  Our daughter had a conference so we got to spoil the grandbaby while she was busy with her conference.  We stayed in the Embassy Suites at Centennial Olympic Park, this Hotel was with in walking distance to some of Atlanta's most visited attractions.  We toured CNN, Coke Cola, The Georgia Aquarium and I got to hit a bucket list destination The Varsity. The Varsity is a hamburger/hot dog joint celebrating its 90th year in business, they say that they sell a mile of hot dogs daily. On the way down we stopped at the Chickamauga Battlefield near Chattanooga Tenn.

We have one more non RV trip planned this year. The kids and grandkids are joining us in October  for our 40th wedding anniversary in the Great Smokey Mountains. We have a cabin rented for a week. The Smokies are full of color and people that time of year so the Canyon Star has to stay home.
