Flordia 2020
Just got home from a month in the panhandle of Florida along the forgotten coast in the big bend area.. We stayed 2 weeks at the state park on St. George island and 2 weeks at Pat Thomas park on Lake Talquin. Everything was good except the weather and a couple of things that broke on the Canyon Star. We got to have our 2 yr old granddaughter spend some time with us, she is a
real good camper.
I wish the weather would have been warmer, we had cold, rain and clouds on most days. One day it was so foggy you could barley see the road to drive into town. I guess you can expect that kind of weather when you stay that far north, next year we plan on moving further south and maybe even trying the month of march..
We are in the planning stages of some summer fun trips that should takes us across the country and right here in the state parks of Indiana. More later when we get all the plans finalized. Safe travels to all.
