- 10 what the heck.........
Yes its true we are in a polar vortex, the air temp is -10 with a wind chill of -36. I 've had the wood burning stove going non stop for the last couple of days and the house is nice and toasty, our pets enjoy laying close by the stove to warm their bones as well, Good news that in a few days we are supposed to have high temps in the 40 and 50's, what a warm up.
We will be out of here for a few weeks starting next week. Florida will surly be warmer, hope to lay in the sun and warm my old bones for awhile. We get to see our granddaughter and have a few side trips planned around the Florida panhandle, we have a site reserved in the Ocala National Forest for a week, I wish we could go further south but not this trip.
I will provide a full review of our trip with pictures when we return. Everyone stay warm and safe..
